Purchase any qualifying KitchenAid ® appliance(s) between
November 14, 2014 and January 9, 2015 from a participating
authorized Canadian KitchenAid® Small Appliance Dealer.
Complete the online claim form at KitchenAid.ca/specialoffers
and submit together with a copy of the appliance purchase
sales receipt and UPC code to receive your rebate by mail. If
you prefer to mail your submission in, the form can be printed
from the below site.

models identified are eligible. No substitute models qualify.
GST/HST/OST and provincial tax (where applicable) are included in
the rebate amount.
In order to receive your rebate by mail, you must complete and
submit an on-line claim form at KitchenAid.ca/specialoffers
before February 9, 2015, or offer will be void. Missing information
will delay offer fulfillment. Allow 8-12 weeks to receive your rebate
by mail. Offer is open only to residents of Canada purchasing from
participating authorized Canadian KitchenAid ® small appliance
dealers. This offer is not available to dealers, builders or contractors.
One claim per household. Offer cannot be combined with any other
offer. This offer is available on new retail purchases only.
THE DECLARE AND SHARE CONTEST
Declare the KitchenAid small appliance that's on your wish list,
share it, and you could win it. The prize is the small appliance that
you selected. No purchase necessary. Contest closes December
15th, 2014. To enter contest and for full rules and regulations, visit
www.kitchenaid.ca/declareandshare . Odds of winning depend
on the number of eligible entries received. Correct answer to
skill-testing question required to be a winner. One on-line entry per
person. Open to residents of Canada over the age of majority in their
province/territory of residence. Random draw will take place on
December 18th, 2014.
