TENDER NOTICE
Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology invites sealed Tenders from eligible
bidders for the tenders listed below to our Main Campus at Juja.

Supply, Delivery and Installation of Two emergency
generators for the JKUAT Main Campus Server room and
Mombasa CBD Campus. Site visit is mandatory.
Supply and Delivery Steam Autoclave for JKUAT Hospital.
Consultancy for Desludging of Oxidation Ponds at the
JKUAT Sewerage Treatment Works.
Proposed partitioning of lobby areas of COHES Building
in JKUAT Juja Main Campus.
Interested and eligible candidates may inspect and obtain Tender Document from the
University’s Department of Procurement at JKUAT –Main Campus, or download documents from
our website: www.jkuat.ac.ke free of charge. Those who choose to have hard copies will pay
Ksh.1000 per document in cash or bankers cheque.
Sealed Tenders must be accompanied by duly completed forms as specified in the Tender
Documents and addressed to:

and placed in the Tender Box at the Department of Procurement JKUAT Main Campus.
The documents should be in plain sealed envelopes indicating the Tender Number, without
identifying the sender so as to reach the University not later than Wednesday 11th February
2015 at 11:30 a.m Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the New Board Room in the
presence of bidders/their representatives who wish to attend.
