David Westberry brings to ServicEngineBPO’s Advisory Board his expertise, knowledge, and
experience working with senior-level executives in technology, industrial, and service industries
ranging from start-ups to major multinationals. He has also worked closely with private equity
firms and their portfolio companies to help recruit top financial talent. In addition, he has
recruited chairs and members of audit committees and financial experts for various boards of
directors. His experience includes working with global professional services firms.
Throughout his career, Dave’s insights regarding top talent has often been cited in The Wall
Street Journal, Chief Executive Magazine, Dallas Morning News, among others. In addition, he
has spoken extensively on a range of board governance issues and how to effectively recruit
board members.
Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida, where he
currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Business. He is a member of
the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public
Accountants.
Rachel Macha brings a wealth of sales, marketing and client relationship experience to the
ServicEngineBPO Advisory Council. Rachel has 15 years of experience in predictive data
analytics, SaaS Technology and BPO/CRM outsourcing, and 10 years’ experience in various
management roles at AT&T.
Rachel has held senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, account management, and
strategic planning, and has a strong background in building and managing senior client
relationships in various industries including financial services, insurance, telco/cable and retail.
In her career, Rachel has worked for large global corporations, both mid-sized and early stage
firms, and well as a successful BPO start-up. She has worked with private equity firms,
investors and several acquisition teams. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from
Wilmington College and a Master of Science in Management Studies from the Kellogg School of
Management, Northwestern University.
Yariv Drori is an expert in ServicEngineBPO’s fastest growth area: digital advertising. His many
years of experience in a growing startup environment will provide valuable insights for the
Advisory Board.
Yariv has extensive knowledge and expertise in the operation and services of organizations in
the digital space, specifically in its use in digital media and e-commerce. His experience
includes managing the creative function and media optimization through programmatic
channels, leveraging audience targeting and behavioral targeting. He has built award-winning
global client services and agency teams to manage trafficking, yield management, analytics and
creative, while maintaining high levels of operation efficiencies. He has a proven track record in
turning around troubled operations by creating stable, efficient and sustainable work processes
utilizing Six Sigma methodologies. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from
Tel-Hal College in Israel.
