are proposing to merge with Office Base Ltd. Together we have a combined
history of 70 years providing our customers with expert knowledge in Graphic
and Studio Supplies, Office Products and Office Environments.
Why the merger?
The two businesses are very similar in both approach and ethos. Bringing them together will provide greater
added value and exceptional service. We will be able to respond quicker and smarter to our customers ever
changing needs with passion and dedication through the complementary skill sets of the combined businesses.
What this means to you
Over the coming weeks your Account Manager will be in touch to discuss the merger with you. There will be
many advantages, with a wider offering of product ranges and services, such as Closed Loop, an innovative
recycling service.
