Tom has over forty years’ experience in a variety of areas within the Human Resource function. Prior to joining Franciscan Alliance, he served in Human Resource leadership roles in private industries including; Automotive, Aerospace, Appliance, and Wire and Cable. For the last eleven years, as Vice President of Human Resources with Franciscan Alliance, Inc. he has been responsible for; Hiring and Recruiting, Compensation, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, and Legal Employment matters. Franciscan Alliance is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest with thirteen hospitals and a number of nationally recognized Centers of Health Care Excellence serving patients in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. Franciscan Alliance has over sixteen thousand employees. Tom has been on numerous panels and has spoken on a number of Human Resource topics. Tom has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame where he was a student athlete player on the 1973 National Championship football team. He is an Indiana Football Hall of Fame member. Tom has a Master’s of Science graduate degree in business from Indiana University, South Bend. Holly Winn, PHR, FABC, FACHE, MBA is the Chief Operating Officer, serving as a Senior Leader, at Black River Memorial Hospital. Holly received her Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and is currently a Fellow of the Advisory Board Company, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of ASHHRA, WiSHHRA, NHRA and SHRM. Holly also served on the WiSHHRA Board of Directors for eight years. Actively involved in her community, Holly is the past President of the Black River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. Holly has worked in healthcare for 19 years. Your Moderator: Richard Royal Hiladie, HCS is an Implementation Program Manager at Halogen Software. Richard is a motivated leader and project manager with more than six years of professional experience in the healthcare industry. Rick has been an integral part of managing projects involving international business units, Acute Care Hospital clients and Software‐as‐a‐
Service solutions. He has implemented and governed client satisfaction strategies, outsourced technological solutions and company‐wide product development. At Halogen Software, Rick oversees the coordination of our Implementation program including planning, organizing, measuring and controlling program activities.
