Attention Senior Parents Letter

ATTENTION SENIOR PARENTS!!
YOUR GRADUATING SENIOR IS INVITED:
WHAT: Big Lake All Night Graduation Party. This is a lock-in event.
WHEN: Friday, June 5th, immediately following commencement. Party will conclude at 5:15 am
on Saturday, June 6th.
WHERE: At Big Lake Middle School. All Seniors MUST RIDE the provided transportation from
BLHS to BLMS.
WHY: The All Night Graduation Party is something your senior will NOT want to miss. The Big
Lake Grad Party Committee has been working on planning this event since before the school
year began! We have an amazing night of food, décor, activities, entertainment, & prizes
planned. EVERY participant will receive a t-shirt, a duffle bag, a prize selected by them (valued
at ~$40!), all the food they can handle, and non-stop activities that cannot be matched at any
other event! In addition, there will be grand prize drawings at the end of the grad party for
those in attendance. This event is a fun, chemical-free way for graduating seniors to spend one
last night with their classmates!! Please encourage your student to attend.
COST: The cost to attend is $75 (but every Senior receives all the items described above). In
addition, Seniors can easily earn $5 off the cost of their ticket for every $50 of flowers sold
this year and thus receive their ticket for free. Starting in May, the BLHS office will have a
spreadsheet for the final cost of each student’s ticket.
REGISTRATION: Registration will OPEN on May 4th. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REGISTER
PRIOR TO THAT DATE. FINAL DAY TO REGISTER IS 2:30 p.m. ON MAY 29TH!
Enclosed with this mailing is the waiver with important information regarding the Big Lake All
Night Graduation Party. Please read it carefully and do not throw it away!! The waiver, along
with payment, is needed for registration.
Last, if you haven’t already done so, please send a picture of your Senior from the 1-3 year old
timeframe to [email protected], or to PO Box 202, Big Lake.
