Price and availability of products and services offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice. To
the extent we provide information on the availability of products or services you should not rely on such
information. Cash Trees Financial Services will not be liable for any lack of availability of products and services
you may order through the site.
Payments once made through cheque / cash/ demand draft/ net transfer/ RTGS/Credit Cards/ Debit Cards or
any other modes of payments are non-refundable and you hereby agree that payments once made cannot be
transferred, for any other products.
Transactions between you and Cash Trees Financial Services shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of India, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. Any litigation regarding
this agreement or any transaction between customer and Cash Trees Financial Services or any action at law or
in equity arising out of or relating to these agreement or transaction shall be filed only in the Competent Courts
of Chennai alone and the customer hereby agrees, consents and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for
the purpose of litigating any such action.
You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative
works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Sites.
TIPS ON SMS is a service given only to members with the sole intention to aid their information means. Cash
Trees Financial Services does not guarantee any accuracy of generation, databases, delivery timings etc. while
giving this facility. Depending on your location, service provider, medium of communication and delivery, the
service may be at times slow or not there at all. Cash Trees Financial Services does not guarantee completion
of delivery.
I/We acknowledge that Cash Trees Financial Services is dependent on external service providers for the
delivery of the SMS’ and hence shall not be held responsible for a delay or disruption in this service. I/We
accept to receive solicited & unsolicited commercial communications even if my mobile number is registered in
the NCPR DND List. I/We Accept to receive all / any communication from Cash Trees Financial Services
through SMS at any time during a given day. I/We hereby indemnify Cash Trees Financial Services from all
costs, demands, charges, penalties and other adverse action(s) taken against Cash Trees Financial Services by
the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for sending SMS’ to the above mentioned numbers and
categorically undertake to reimburse / compensate Cash Trees Financial Services for all such actions taken
against Cash Trees Financial Services by TRAI. I/We undertake to intimate you, in writing, in case of any
additions / deletions / changes to the above list.
Cash Trees Financial Services shall in no way be responsible for delays in receiving SMS on the mobile caused
due to delivery methods chosen by the Service Provider, rush on the Service Provider's Servers or any other
reason whatsoever that may cause such a delay.
