Clark Angels Credit Foundation, Inc. is an Atlanta based non-profit organization working in our community to "promote stability and growth in the community through educating our youth and adults on how to build a solid financial foundation by managing their finances through budgeting, building their credit and setting attainable goals." We are educating, consulting, counseling, and assisting individuals in the areas of credit, budgeting, and finance by utilizing the tools of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other state and federal agencies to promote economic growth in the community. Clark Angels Credit Foundation Inc. offers credit management programs to businesses and corporations. Our services provide education on the benefits of implementing an effective budget and setting short and long term financial goals. Individuals will learn about the importance of having good credit scores and how to budget and manage their current resources. Our effective programs allow for all individuals to skillfully prepare an attainable budget while understanding the purpose of credit and how it is best utilized into their personal lives. The following are main topics covered in our Financial Education Classes: Understanding Credit Explaining Credit and its purpose Explaining a Credit Report and Credit Reporting Agencies Explaining how a Creditor uses your Budgeting for Youth How to properly balance a checking account Managing an effective budget How to fund your college education When and how to begin building credit Credit Score MISSION STATEMENT Promote stability and growth in the community in educating our youth and adults on how to build a solid financial foundation by managing their finances, through budgeting, building their credit, and setting attainable goals. Along with promoting credit awareness and offering financial management education, we organize fundraiser events in the community to help fund our mission. We also help to promote the growth of small businesses in the community by offering them a variety of marketing opportunities at our events. In addition, we play a key role in increasing social unity amongst the community by bringing people out to fellowship at some of our fun-filled social events, educational programs and also in participating in our many ‘giveback’ to the community events.
