•All rates include Smart Room Audio Visual
Package: computer, wireless internet access,
digital overhead projector, LCD projector, DVD
player and document camera.
•25% Facilities Fee will be added to base price.
•Room rates increase by $15 per hour for
events after 5 p.m. and Saturdays.
•All rentals have a 3-hour minimum, which can
include set-up and clean-up times.
