Your tasks:
Assisting in management reporting and service control function
Compiling data on monthly basis for targets in service (policy deployment) as well as audit
measures
Process confirmation of process parameters
Coordinating with sections heads for control of areas like inventory, lead time to repair,
hours booking, receivable control
Customer Training Concept - resource allocation/ creating trainers pool/ scheduling/
external trainers
Your profile:
Studies of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable course of studies
Basic knowledge in SAP
MS office skills (espacially Excel and PowerPoint)
Team player, flexible and open-minded
Ambitious, curious and interested in other cultures
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
High level of commitment, motivation and adaptability
Duration of internship: 5-6 months, up to August 2015 (flexible entry)
