Results of the FY 2016 – FY 2017 System Employee Benefits Advisory Committee (SEBAC) Election
I am pleased to announce that Ms. Jane Schneider, Assistant Vice President for Strategic Initiatives with the Division
of Finance and Administration has been elected as the System Employee Benefits Advisory Committee (SEBAC)
representative for Texas A&M University effective September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2017. Ms. Schneider has
extensive experience at Texas A&M University and will represent the interests of faculty, staff, graduate student
employees and retirees to the best of her ability.
The SEBAC group studies the various benefit plans (including health insurance programs) for the Texas A&M
University System and makes recommendations on behalf of all employees. To learn more about SEBAC, view their
