currencies have quite negative
impact, however, we should keep in
mind that for instance localization,
meaning setting up production
locally
in
Russia,

Kazakhstan and Belarus became
cheaper and in certain cases thus
more attractive. This is not only
because of lower prices, but also
because of authorities being more
open for such projects. Who starts

economy takes off again.
