HOURS: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Special projects may call for occasional evening and/or weekends
hours.
Summary: We are looking for a bright and energetic professional to help us build and promote our unique Field & Main
Bank brand. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance the big picture with the smallest details. This professional
will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing public relations, community relations and marketing
communications, activities and events – both internal and external. A strong knowledge of social media principles, online
and digital communication, media relations and project management is required. This position collaborates with various
areas of the organization to ensure our brand message is consistent, timely and relevant to the Field & Main Bank strategy.

The perfect person for this position has:
 A four-year college degree in communications, public relations, marketing, advertising or a related field, or
equivalent work experience.
 Three or more years of communications experience (preferred).
 Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
 Digital and social media savvy.
 Event planning experience.
 Strong public relations, organizational, leadership and verbal communications skills.
 Graphic design and/or art direction experience (preferred).
 Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
 Excellent client service skills.
 A passion for monitoring news coverage and industry trends to bring new opportunities and ideas to the organization.
 Proficiency with Microsoft and Macintosh software applications.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
 Write and manage various company communications; collaborate with departments across the organization.
 Support and enhance social media strategy; write and post social media content.
 Manage events and workshops.
 Support the organization’s community relations activities.
 Manage and maintain the company’s website and Intranet.
 Create company videos, including script development, production and editing.
 Identify newsworthy stories about the organization; write and distribute news releases and company
announcements.
 Provide organization and creative content for employee meetings.
 Manage employee events and contests.
 Manage vendors and contractors.
 Coordinate with the Compliance Department to adhere to applicable bank marketing regulations.
ADA REQUIREMENTS: Work is performed in an open office setting. One must be able to concentrate and perform work in an
area that will likely result in the interruptions of one's duties. Have the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
This job may not be all-inclusive. Employees are expected to perform other duties as assigned or directed by management. Job
