Jodee encourages each customer to immediately try on their garment and breast form to ensure proper fit
and comfort as soon as you receive your order. Our goal is to provide you with quality products and an expert
fitting experience. However, there are occasions when you may find it necessary to return merchandise for
exchange or refund.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization code that will be supplied by the Jodee
counselor. All returns and exchanges must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded at
the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Custom orders and merchandise that is used, worn, or laundered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

these products and begin the process of filing your claim for your purchases.
In order to qualify for partial Medicare reimbursement, a licensed physician or other
licensed and qualified healthcare professional who is eligible to order breast prostheses,
must prescribe the items you are ordering. Jodee will provide you with all necessary
documentation to assist you in obtaining partial Medicare reimbursement upon your order.
*A “Reimbursement Fee Schedule for Bras and Prosthetics” is published by Medicare
for the purpose of determining the amount allowable for these items. This amount varies
from state to state, and can be lower than our periodical prices. Jodee will file your claim
for you and Medicare will reimburse you for up to 80% of the Medicare schedule.
