restaurant. Today is a day to relax at the beach or go shopping. This evening’s dinner and
entertainment (included) will be at the Pirates Voyage – Christmas Adventure.

This morning’s breakfast will once again be at our host hotel’s onsite restaurant, the Shoreline
Café. We will depart our hotel for a Matinee show, Carolina Opry’s Christmas Special, before
departing Myrtle Beach. A late evening arrival back in WV is expected.

Reservations: Because of the limited number of people who can be accommodated on the motor coaches and hotel reservations, it is important that reservations
be made at the earliest possible date. Reservations are handled on a first-come basis.
Deposits and Final Payments: The deposit amount is mentioned under each tour. Final payments are due 30 days prior (unless otherwise noted) to tour
departure. Please mark your calendar when final payment is due, as we do not send final bills. Also please include a reservation form telling which trip your
payment should be applied to.
Refund Policy: Refunds available for cancellations sixty days prior to departure. Exceptions may apply for special event/attraction non-refundable tickets.
Trip Insurance: Although we do not sell trip insurance in our office, we due highly recommend it. Please contact us for help in obtaining information for trip
insurance.

for any damages, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to weather, or any act of default of any company or person engaged in providing service included in our tours.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or make changes in any itinerary, as we deem necessary. G & L is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time
or money or other circumstance resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements. Tour escort or driver may dismiss any person from any tour at
any time should his/her conduct not be in harmony with the rest of the passengers. Rates are subject to change due to increases in airline or escalated fuel or
