Judy Pararajasingham
My name is Judy Pararajasingham and I am a Master of Nursing student in the Health
Systems Leadership and Administration stream at University of Toronto. I also work as a staff
nurse on the Trauma and Neurosurgery inpatient unit at St. Michael’s Hospital. I have
developed an interest in the process of research utilization within the science of nursing and I
work on our Associate Dean Ann Tourangeau’s research team examining the impact of home
care nurse staffing, work environments and collaboration on patient outcomes. I am an active
member of GNSS and previously held the Junior GSU Representative position from 2014-2015.
As your future Senior GSU Representative, I will carry forward my knowledge and experience
from GNSS and GSU to embody the values of graduate nurses at Lawrence S. Bloomberg
Faculty of Nursing and act as the voice of our graduate student body.
