VIAGAME HOUSE CUP #3 GENERAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND RULES Please read these rules before entering the 2015 Viagame House Cup #3 Tournament (the “Tournament”). By entering and participating in the Tournament, you agree to be bound by these official rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements contained below. $1,250 + 10 HWC points Hearthstone World Championship Participation Requirements In order to receive points to the Regional Championship of Hearthstone, Regional Qualifier, Last Call Tournament for the World Championship the participants must be a resident of a country within the home regions for Regional Qualifiers. All participants will be required to verify their Battle.net account and proof of residency in either of these countries: The United States, Canada, Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, and Venezuela, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Ukraine, Turkey, The United Kingdom, People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia & New Zealand and Japan. (Verification will be done by Blizzard once the accounts have been submitted and the tournament concluded) Residents from other countries than listed above ​

receive points for the World Championship. Player’s who’s been caught cheating, win­trading and had their accounts banned by Blizzard Entertainment are ​
not​
allowed to compete in either qualifier or main tournament. Penalization During the main event and main event matches, players shall be penalized as follows if the following situations occur: 1. Any evidence of win­trading will disqualify a player from the Tournament. “Win­trading,” is defined as intentionally losing a match with another player to advance one or the other’s rank. 2. If a player selects a deck with a class that his or her opponent already eliminated, that game is considered a loss. 3. If players acts in collusion with another player to affect any results of the Tournament, or any matches that are part of the Qualification events for the Tournament, he or she may be disqualified from the Tournament. 4. If a player commits violent acts, or threatens to commit violent acts, against any other player in the Tournament, any admin, or any spectators of the Tournament, he or she may be disqualified from the Tournament. 5. If a player attempts to interfere with another player’s connection to the game service through any means, he or she may be disqualified from the Tournament. 6. If a player has engaged in drugs or behave in such fashion that is unsportsmanslike, he or she may be disqualified from the Tournament. Viagame House Cup will have a no­drug no­alcohol policy during the time when the matches are played. 7. if Viagame deems a player to have engaged in any unsportsmanlike behavior, the player may be disqualified from the Tournament. Penalization can be warnings as well as disqualification. Viagame House Cup admins will decide on proper penalizations according to the rules. Travel A. Viagame shall provide all qualified and invited players with: (i) round trip coach air fare from the regional airport nearest the players residence to Bran, Romania​

substitute ground transportation for airfare, in its sole discretion. B. All travel must take place on the dates and times as specified by Viagame. Players shall be responsible, at their own cost and expense, for obtaining all the necessary visas, passports, or other travel documents issued by the government of their country of citizenship so that they have the legal capacity to travel to the Romania, European Union. C. Players are responsible for any and all other costs and expenses associated with their travel that are not specifically set forth herein. In that case that the player is a “minor” in their country of residence, the player must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, traveling on the same itinerary. The player’s parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for all of their own travel and accommodation costs including, without limitation, transportation and accommodation costs and any cost or expense associated with obtaining all the necessary visas, passports, or other travel documents issued by the government of their country of citizenship so that they have the legal capacity to travel to Romania, European Union. Prizing A. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Viagame reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or refuses to execute an applicable document, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). B. Prizes will be paid within 30 days after proper information from the contestant has been received (ex. Invoice). All prize money is paid in SEK or USD. C. Prize money is only exempted from tax if the winning team is organized as a company/association/non­profit organization. The company/association/non­profit organization is fully responsible for any and all taxes and social security costs related to payout to the players in the tournament. D. Private citizens prize money will have tax deduction. Depending on citizenship of the Player the taxes and fees can differ. The exact sum of the prize money will depend of local citizenship and country laws. All contestants and managers will be informed after the event about prize money claims and exact details. Viagame House Cup Main Event #3 commitments from the players ● The players will be asked to cast some of the matches they are not playing. ● The players might be asked before and during the tournament to promote the tournament and/or their participation on Social Media ● The players agree to submit lists/screenshots of all the nine (9) decks they are using at the latest ​

Once the decks are submitted they can not be changed. ● The players will be asked before and during the event to take live and/or recorded interviews. ● The players will be asked to sign merchandise, take promotional photos during the event and perform similar promotional tasks. ● The players might be asked to record short segments explaining the reasoning of some of the decks they are using in the competition during the event. ● The players must be available at the tournament venue during the whole event, three (3) days. Collection of Information The information necessary to operate the Tournament was collected by Viagame at the time that each Eligible Participant registered a Battle.net account used to participate in the Tournament, and without limiting Viagame’s rights under its privacy policies with regards to its use of the information, will be used to contact you specifically for operation of the Tournament. The Tournament is not open to anyone under the age of majority in your country of citizenship, and in the event that Viagame becomes aware that you are under the age of majority in your country of citizenship and your parent or guardian has not provided specific permission to Viagame for you to participate in this Tournament, Viagame will delete, erase or destroy any and all personally identifiable information related to the Tournament. Viagame Use of Entries You hereby agree that in consideration of you being allowed the chance to enter the Tournament, Viagame, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, shall have the perpetual, non­exclusive, worldwide license and right to utilize your name, character, likeness, and a biography of you. Viagame shall have the right to use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially and non­commercially exploit your name, character, likeness, and a biography of you in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. You agree to take, at Viagame’s expense, any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by Viagame to effect, perfect or confirm Viagame’s rights as set forth above in this Section. Publicity Release Viagame shall have the right to utilize your name, bio and likeness in advertising for the Tournament as well as in historical promotion of the Tournament. Viagame shall also have the right to have the Tournament broadcast or re­broadcast (including via Internet transmission and wireless networks) by itself and/or the broadcast partner(s) without further payment to you in this Tournament Rules. Affidavit & Release As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners will be required to execute and deliver to Viagame a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability. In the event that a winner is under the age of majority in his or her country of residence, the winner’s parent or legal guardian will be required to execute and deliver such documents. Failure to return a signed affidavit within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture of prize. Potential winners are responsible for ensuring return of all required materials; proof of sending will not be considered proof of receipt by Viagame.
