Ref. endorsement of even no. dated 26 th Dec. 2014 and 16th April 2015
regarding last date of filing of information relating to assets and liabilities by public
servants under section 44 of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013. We have
received fresh instructions from Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of
Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India, New Delhi
regarding extending the last date for furnishing of requisite information from 30 th
April, 2015 to 15th October, 2015. The O.M. No. 407/12/2014-AVD-IV(B) dated
25.4.2015 has been uploaded on the ICAR web-site www.icar.org.in and e-office
for information & compliance.
Accordingly, all the employees are requested to kindly note the revised dates
for filing the returns and furnish the same to their concerned Establishments
within the time-limit i.e., on or before 15th October, 2015.
