and agree to hold FedEx harmless for any damages or liability for loss of product or product damage stemming from information
obtained from the assessment. I acknowledge and agree that FedEx will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information caused by or resulting in whole or in part from this Assessment, unless
such advice, assistance, or guidance has been approved in writing by FedEx Packaging Design and Development, and the writing
expressly accepts liability in the event of a damaged shipment.
