About Imarat Shariah
I
The saying that the service to man kind is one of the best forms of
worship has been a cordial principle of all the religions
universally. Being inspired with the sense of human services
based on the principles of Islam and keeping in view cultural
invasion of the west, a great visionary Maulana Abu Mohasin Md.
Sajjad took up the Ummah namely “Imarat Shariah” based on
Shariat Laws. It is a socio-religious organisation and came into
force in the year 1921 in a congregation of great Ulemas of the day
chaired by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, a renowned scholar,
visionary and the first Education Minister of India with the
objectives to spread Islamic awareness and to guide and inspire
the Ummah to lead their lives in accordance with Shariat Laws as
desired and ordained by the Almighty Allah. Thanks God, since
then it has been rendering great valuable services for the
depressed and disintegrated Ummah to uplift them educationally,
economically, socially and morally.
The services of this
organisation during the period of natural calamities, have been of
great importance.

On being recognized by the State and Central Governments, all these institutions have
been rendering valuable services to uplift the educated youths of middle and lower
classes, who are financially weak, in a very standard academic environment.
Naturally the result is that thousands of skilled persons coming our of these institutions
have succeeded in securing jobs both in public and private sectors not only in India but
abroad also. As a matter of fact, these institutions because of giving better results, have
gained great appreciations and commendations by the Government officials, general
Public and many Dignitaries who have visited them.
ACHIEVEMENTS
I
The education methodology adopted by the D G E & T (Directorate General of
Employment & Training), Government of India, New Delhi., encourages for the
better training & education, and helps the students in developing their independent
thinking, holistic perspectives, strong domain knowledge, contemporary skills and
positive attitudes. The IUTTC has developed IUTTC offers full time I T I courses to
enable students earn a high quality education & techniques. The ITI courses allows
employment to qualified and better skills in the large Government, SemiGovernment & Private organisations. To build the better skills IUTTC have good &
trained Instructors. Besides, this there are a lot of systems & facilities programmed
by IUTTC for development the career of the students.
It is pertinent to mention here that Hz. Quazi Saheb not only established these
institutions, rather he virtually transformed his efforts into a movement. Wherever he
went to deliver lectures, he inspired other organizations and institutions minority in
particular and others in general to come forward and to follow suit. Thanks God, his
endeavors in this field has really born fruit and consequently, a number of other
institutions and organizations commanded by the minority community have now
established and some are in a process to establish technical institutions in order to
remove illiteracy and poverty from the minority community and others, across the
country.
Alas! Hazrat Quazi Saheb is no more nut his inspiration words and efforts shall remain
a guiding force encouraging us to do more and more in this regard “INSHAALLAH”.
At present under the Chairmanship of Hz. Maulana Syed Nizamuddin Saheb the team
of the Trust captained by Maulana Anisur Rahman Quasmi is not only managing the
affairs of the Trust and Institutions effectively and efficiently but going forward day by
day to fulfill the unfinished dreams of our beloved Secretary Hazrat Quazi Saheb.

IUTTC, (hereinafter referred as ‘Imarat Umar Technical Training Centre’), Post:
Bisra- 770036 (Rourkela) Dist: Sundargarh (Orissa) has been founded by Imarat
Shariah Educational & Welfare Trust, Registration No. 1952/93 with its Head
Quarter at Phulwari Sharif Patna - 851505 (Bihar). IUTTC established in the year
2001 managed under the provision of Article 29 & 30 of the Constitution of India.
Imarat Shariah is a voluntary Non-Governmental Socio-religious Organization
established in the year 1921 in a congregation chaired by MOULANA ABUL
KALAM AZAD, the first EDUCATION MINISTER OF INDIA on the initiative of a
great scholar & visionary Maulana ABUL MOHASIN MD. SAJJAD of Bihar.
Since the inception of Imarat Shariah, the state of Orissa has been a part and parcel of
this organization and having two Offices one at Plant Site, Rourkela and another at
Buxi Bazar, Cuttack. Needless to say that this underdeveloped state of Orissa has a
thick tribal population mostly ignorant of literacy and lights of modern civilization.
In this background, Imarat Shariah Educational & Welfare Trust has ventured to
establish I.T.I. At Bisra which is at a distance of 15 K.M. From the township of
Rourkela. We are thankful to Late Janab Umar Saheb and his noble sons who in
respect of the pious will of their father donated a big piece of land on which we have
constructed a building of the Institute. Besides we are thankful to Haji Nematullah
Khan Saheb of Bisra and Janab Alhaj Seraj Saheb of Rourkela who have also
contributed a big piece of land to this Institute for its future expansion and for
construction of more Class Rooms, Conference Hall, Workshops, Hostel, Staff
Quarters and also a Hospital.

We are very thankful to Almighty God that IUTTC was just started after getting
affiliation of One unit of 19 students in Fitter trade in the year 2002. The sanction
seats were full and all 19 students also appeared the AITT Examination in July’ 2004.
It is a matter of great pleasure that all the 19 trainees passed out with good marks. And
IUTTC achieved a 100% result Institute of its first batch. Similarly year by year as the
Strength was increasing the results are also very satisfactory. After passing out, most
of the IUTTC students are joined their respective jobs or, apprenticeship training
program in the reputed Govt and as well as public limited large Industries in India,
also in aborad.
Today, as per our record, approximately 78% passed out trainees are working in
reputed companies, Railways, Industries of India as well as abroad like Jordan,
Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Singapore, Kuwait, Qatar, Muskat, Riyadh etc.
