1. Entry and processing fee: $125 per head ($100.00 will go to sale costs, $25.00 will be a processing fee
which will be refunded on all lots that arrive at the sale.) Entries that are no shows will forfeit all the entry
fees. Entry fees are non-refundable.
2. Entries are due February 23, 2015. Entries received after that date will be charged an
additional $50/lot late fee and are subject to acceptance or refusal by the sales management.
3. Sale expenses not covered by the entry fees will be prorated including advertising, catalog, postage,
veterinarian, facilities, labor, feed, bedding and any other expense connected to the conduct of the sale.
4. Entries will be charged the following costs:
• Prorated sales costs. $100.00 of entry fees will go towards sale costs.
• 6% commission on sales and no sales (5% to sale manager and 1% to the auctioneer).
• Expenses charged directly to the consignor including brand inspection, Beef Council, transfers,
registrations, A. I. Certs, etc…
5. Entries are limited to registered Angus, Red Angus (category 1), Limousin & Sim-Angus females born
between 01/01/07 and 11/01/14. Pairs, bred females, open females, donor cows, pregnancies, flushes,
and or embryos are eligible. Fall calvers selling must be safe in calf a minimum of five months by sale
day. Spring calvers must have a calf at side, may be open or rebred. If no calf at side, they must be
pregnant and due to calve within 45 days from sale date. All first calf heifers must calve by 27 months
of age. The sale management must clear any exceptions. Semen, flushes, pregnancies and embryos can
be entered but only a limited number will be allowed to sell. Any entries not accepted, entry fees will
be refunded. Semen is limited to rare and hard to obtain semen. If a large supply of semen is entered,
only the most saleable packages will be accepted.
6. Consignors are urged to offer services and breeding privileges on all female consignments.
7. Groups (i.e…. five paternal sisters) can be entered in the pen division. The buyer can get one pick (he can
take one, two or whatever) the remaining will sell all to go.
8. Cattle must be sound and of good quality. Unsound, bad udders, bad eyes and low quality are subject to
sift by the sale management. All entries will be screened at arrival time. Sifted cattle will forfeit their
entry fee and will not be allowed to sell. All pedigrees will be screened at entry time. If you have a
question about your pedigree sale ability, please call the Northwest Female Sale office.
9. This is an un-haltered sale. However, if your entries are halter broke, please indicate, as many breeders
prefer halter broke cattle, because they are quieter and easier to handle. Any fitting or clipping must be
completed prior to arriving at the sale site. Entries will be fed, watered, washed and handled by the sale
crew. No ranch signs, displays or tack areas. The sale will be sorted as one big production sale.

10. Sale order will be determined by the sales management.
11. All females must be calfhood vaccinates and eligible for interstate shipment. Cattle selling outside of the
state must be eligible to pass the necessary tests to enter that state or they will still belong to the seller.
All entries must indicate calfhood vaccination information.
12. Cattle that are no shows will forfeit their entry fees. No sales will be charged prorated sale costs and the
no sale commissions of 6%. Legitimate substitutions will be allowed.
13. All registered cattle must be registered prior to entry. All Angus must be negative by test or pedigree for
AM, CA, NH & DD.
14. If interest is there, a special straight Commercial Section may be included. Entry fees and commissions
will be determined in accordance with the consignor interests. Only four year olds and younger will be
considered to be accepted.
15. All paperwork must go through the sale management office. No direct transfers allowed. No proceeds
will be dispersed to any consignor until all paperwork is completed and to the JDA office. Proceeds will
be paid to consignors only after purchases have been paid for and funds have cleared the bank.
16. Seller’s must furnish A.I. Certificates on all females that are bred A.I. A.I. Certificates need to be issued
when the buyer registers the A.I. Calf. Each breed must abide by their breed association’s rules and
procedures.
17. The sale may take up to 30 working days to close. Sellers must be aware of the time to collect proceeds,
clear checks and pay the bills. Only after all the bills are received can the sale be closed. JDA is acting
as an agent and seller will be paid after the proceeds have been collected from the buyer. All sales and
guarantees are between buyer and seller.
18. All entries, entry fees, papers and other information must be submitted no later than
February 23, 2015.

By participating in this consignment sale, I agree to abide by all rules regarding to this sale. It is
understood that James Danekas & Associates, Inc. will be doing the sale accounting for this sale
and will be collecting the sale proceeds. We understand that the sale proceeds will be disbursed
within a 30-60 day period.
I understand that all consignments will be charged prorated sale costs to cover shared expenses
from all consignors for auctioneer, advertising, catalogs, postage, sale facilities, etc. I do agree
that a sale commission of 5% will be charged on all sales and on any floor prices or reserve bids
at the final price the lot goes out of the sale ring at, either sold or unsold, and agree to pay sales
expense on that final price.
I also understand that any funds for “paid lots” (less total sale costs and commission) will be
disbursed to the consignors as soon as possible after the sale. Funds for remaining lots will be
disbursed in their entirety as soon as we receive payment from the buyer.
It is further understood that when selling embryos, the consignor does guarantee at least 50%
conception if implanted by an AETA certified technician.
