Rosary in Lackagh Cemeteries continues on Sundays after Mass for Lent alternating between
the New Cemetery and the Old Cemetery. Rosary in Cregg Cemetery Sundays during Lent at 3pm
Trócaire boxes are still available in the church porches for Lent in case you haven’t got one. Your support for Trócaire is greatly
needed. People are asked to give a little this Lent and to try and make some sacrifice during Lent to support the work of Trócaire.
Saint Patrick’s Day: Thanks to all who made the celebration of Mass (Vigil and Feast Day) of St Patricks day so special – our musicians, dancers, choir and
Foróige Club members. It was a joyous celebration of our faith and heritage.
Tuam Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock.: Archbishop Neary will lead the Tuam Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock on Sunday, May 3rd. The Ceremonies will
commence with the Blessing of the Sick at 2.30 pm.
The Annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes: led by Archbishop Michael Neary will take place this year from July 15th to July 21st .  Sheila 086-8664 633.
Anam Cara is holding a Bereavement Information Evening THIS coming Wednesday 25th March from 8pm -9:30pm in the Family Centre, Chapel Street,
Castlebar. The guest speaker for the evening is Dr. Helen Greally and the topic is Coping as a Bereaved Parent. All Anam Cara Services are available free of
charge to bereaved parents. Anam Cara will need to confirm numbers for room set up, we would appreciate if you could let us know if you intend coming by

Disco for people with special needs, over the age of 16 years, will take place in the Social Centre THIS coming Friday, 27th from 8.30pm-10.30pm.

Galway Macra are holding a 5k Fun Run/Walk in Monivea Woods, Monivea, NEXT Sunday (29th) at 1pm. The 5km Fun Run/Walk is for all abilities and
also a 1km run for primary school children. All proceeds of this event go to Western Alzheimers who are working in nearly every community in Galway,
and provide care for patients in homes locally.
Bawnmore Community Alert annual general meeting THIS coming Wednesday (25th) at 8pm in the school.
Community Alert Registration Night: The annual registration night for Turloughmore Community Alert will take place THIS coming Tuesday night (24th )
in the Parish Centre from 7.30 - 9.30pm. This is the ONLY time to register. To avail of the service for the coming year, you must attend and pay €10
subscription for the coming 12 months. The fee has been increased to cover the cost of the service, insurance and affiliation . Please bring ID, mobile
phone and €10 in case your name or number needs to be verified. NO further names will be added to the Community Alert database after Tuesday night.
Young at Heart: there will be no young at Heart meeting in the Social centre on Monday next due to Adoration Mass in church at 7:30pm .
The next young at heart get together will be after Easter. Wishing all members a very happy Easter.

200th anniversary of the coming of the Presentation Sisters to Galway . Since then they have been involved in the education of
thousands of young people in both city and county and further afield. Celebrations will take place from the 27th - 29th March and all past pupils

Easter Bake Sale Turloughmore Camogie Club is hosting a Bake Sale on Easter Weekend, Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th April. The Bake Sale will take place
before and after Mass on Saturday and Sunday in the Parish Centre. Parents of children playing camogie are asked to help out and bake a cake, tart, buns
or any item be it sweet or savory. If there are any Gluten Free bakers out there we welcome these also. There will be tea and coffee facilities after Mass . If
anyone in the area would like to donate baked goods please contact Breda on 085 1615 051. Items can be dropped off at the Parish Centre from 6pm on
Saturday 4th April. All support is greatly appreciated and all proceeds will go towards the camogie club.
Congratulations and best of luck to the players and Management of the Cregmore-Claregalway FC U14 girls soccer team who have made history in
reaching the WFAI Umbro Challenge Cup National final. They play Enniskerry FC in the final in Eamon Deacy Park this Sunday at 12-30pm.

Lackagh 50 year Celebration: Lackagh National School will be celebrating 50 years next year - and in preparation for this a committee will be formed to
compile a book of stories and photos from all past pupils who attended school during that time. The book will be in commemorating education through the
