We are Canada’s largest totally ski in/ski out resort village! Our village offers a complete variety

A VARIETY OF TERRAIN

terrain on our alpine runs. Every chairlift accesses
a wide variety of challenging terrain including at

CONFERENCE ROOMS
INN AT BIG WHITE
With fantastic views of the Monashee Mountains, the Inn at Big White Conference Room is reserved
exclusively for the use of Inn at Big White guests & is conveniently located on the main floor of the hotel. At
650 square feet, this room can be set up in a variety of ways for any group up to 30 people. This room is
available from 7:30am – 12:00am daily & is catered by Aladins Restaurant.
WHITE CRYSTAL INN
The White Crystal Inn Conference Room is located on the first floor of the hotel. The room has a partial view
of the village & is located next to Lara’s Gondola. Featuring a gas fireplace & large mantel, this room is warm
& inviting. The room is spacious at approximately 900 square feet & is perfect for groups of up to 45 people.
This room is available from 7:30am – 12:00am daily & is catered by Copper Kettle Grille.
CHATEAU BIG WHITE
The Chateau Big White Conference Room is located on the third floor of the hotel with elevator access. The
building is located in the central village. The room is approximately 364 square feet & is perfect for groups of
up to 20 people. This room is available from 7:30am – 11:30pm daily & is catered by Swiss Bear.

TRANSPORTATION
BIG WHITE AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Big White’s 8 passenger shuttle buses go between the Kelowna Airport, Greyhound bus station & Big White Ski
Resort at various times throughout the day. Guests must book at least 72 hours in advance to confirm a
shuttle booking.
BIG WHITE TO SILVER STAR INTER MOUNTAIN TRANSFER SHUTTLE
For dual mountain trips at Big White & Silver Star our inter mountain shuttle transfers guest between resorts
& runs on Saturdays & Wednesdays. The shuttle departs Big White at 10:30am & arrives at Silver Star at 1pm.
The shuttle departs Silver Star at 2pm & returns to Big White at 4:30pm.
BIG WHITE – SILVER STAR INTER MOUNTAIN DAY TRIP
We offer a day trip for skiing or sightseeing to Silver Star Mountain Resort on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s. The
shuttle departs Big White at 8.00am & arrives at Silver Star at around 10.00am. After your day of skiing the
shuttle departs Silver Star at 4.00pm & arrives back at Big White at around 6.00pm.

All groups arriving on a private charter bus must utilize our porterage service where required on all
