Councillor Edmondson provided a Notice of Motion as follows:
Notice of Motion is hereby given to complete a Development Charges Study for
the County of Middlesex, noting that the County Engineer has estimated that a
consultant would charge around $50,000 for a study of this scope at the May 12,
2015 Middlesex County Council meeting.

Amendment No. 5 to the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc; File No. 39SC-OPA5

That Amendment No. 5 to the Official Plan for the Municipality of StrathroyCaradoc is hereby approved, subject to the following modifications to Part “B” –
The Amendment:
1. Section 4 of OPA5 is modified by adding the words “and by deleting the
words “and is the only area of the Township serviced by both a municipal
water supply and municipal sanitary sewage system” located in the
second paragraph.”
2. OPA5 is modified by adding Section 83) which states “Schedule K: Land
Use & Development Sensitivity Areas, is modified by deleting mapping
and legend references to the “400 m odour sensitivity area”.”
