SPONSORED WALK
SUNDAy 10TH MAy 2015 - 10AM
The SPA are very excited to announce this new event for MH Primary.
It will take place at 10am on Sunday 10th May starting from the School. The children will then walk along
the Parkland walk and around Highgate Wood and back along the Parkland walk to MH Primary. The total
distance is approximately 4km and should take approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
There will be an exciting Nature Challenge to complete during the walk.
The aim is to raise enough money through sponsorship money so that we can buy 30 new tablets for the
school so that a whole class can work simultaneously on I.T. projects.
Please note that each child taking part MUST be supervised by an adult. There will be marshals along the
route but they are only there for guidance and not supervision of children.
There will be a registration fee of £10 per child. This will cover the costs of a fantastic T-shirt, a reusable
bag, information about the event and a wrist band (which will be handed out on completion of the walk).
Sign up via Parent pay and indicate whether you would like a Small (approx. ages 5-7) Medium (ages 8-9)
or Large (ages 10-11) T-shirt.
Important – Sign up via Parent pay by Wednesday 29th April.
(including t-shirts) will then be given out via book bags on
Friday 1st May.
