Priority of Access
Access to our Centres will be based on the following criteria.

Existing bookings (current child & same sessions)

or both parents who satisfy the work, training, study

To pay for your booking
Invoices will be issued in arrears after your child has been
provided with care.
Payments may be made by

Bank deposit (details can be found on your invoice) or
•
Credit card (complete the form attached to our
registration form or contact our office on 8678 0279 to
pay over the phone)
We will seek where possible to meet the specific needs of your
child. If your child has specific or additional needs, please bring
them to the attention of NWCC so that we can assess our ability to
meet those needs.
Collecting your child
Please bring along photo identification when collecting your child.
Children will only be released to parents and authorised collectors.

If a position is not available at John Palmer Public

Schofield’s centre. Children will be transported
by mini-bus to the Schofield’s centre.
Schofields Public School,
Schofields
Families that accept a position at the Schofield’s centre
will be given priority when a position becomes available
at The Ponds centre. Due to the very high demand for
positions at the John Palmer centre, it is recommended
that families consider this option.
