The Sacramento CITD, sponsored by the USDA Cochran Program, Foreign Agricultural Service and
Rural Development Program, will coordinate meetings with buyers from Thailand and the
Philippines who are interested in sourcing U.S. bakery ingredients, particularly cheeses and
butter, nuts and premix flour, and other ingredients for retail, food service, and manufacturing
uses.
