An email will be sent to the contact person to acknowledge receipt of nomination. This is not a
guarantee of acceptance, only receipt of nomination and payment.
Nominations will be accepted until the age group/division is full. Once this occurs no more teams will
be accepted into that group even though this may occur prior to the closing date. Teams will be
accepted on a “first in” basis. PRNA apologises to teams who may not be accepted however due to the
large number of teams entered in previous years, a limit to the number of teams we can accept has
become necessary.
Whilst every endeavour will be made to place team where requested there is no guarantee team will be
allocated into this division. If this occurs contact will be made with the contact person named.
Associations must supply an umpire of a suitable standard for each and every team nominated to
umpire their own team.
Associations must supply a suitable scorer to stand together side mid court for the duration of the
game.
Medallions will be awarded (9) to all players. Further medallions can be ordered after the event by
emailing PRNA at a cost of $15 each.
Every endeavour will be made to have the draw and carnival rules made available on the website as
soon as possible after closing date.
First Aid will be provided for injuries incurred at this event only. No other injuries will be treated. Our
first aid officers are fully qualified and are to be respected. It is your choice whether to accept the
officer’s advice. Please respect the first aid officers.
