SCBA ENTRY
AirGo compact Breathing Apparatus for Emergency
Response and Escape
Rule #1: expect the unexpected. The AirGo compact SCBA preset
is specifically designed for emergency response and escape. On
ships or industrial facilities where such units are mandatory, the
AirGo compact is an obvious choice. The lung governed demand
valve AutoMaXX-AS is fixed to the medium pressure line. The nofrills system keeps costs at a minimum without sacrificing safety.
The vital pneumatic and carrier components are the same as those
used in the highend MSA presets, making AirGo compact a fullyfledged device for the toughest applications including firefighting.
AirGo pro The all-purpose workhorse
When you are looking for a strength carrier for firefighting and for a wide
range of maintenance or rescue operations, the AirGo pro is ready for
deployment. Its rugged reliability, flexibility and great value make it a
popular choice for fire brigades, plant, sub-surface or offshore use. Weight
is distributed evenly and kept close to your body to reduce stress and
fatigue.
The alpha SingleLine pneumatic system integrates warning signal, second
connection and gauge in an easily accessible manifold at your chest. The
optional alpha Personal Network offers extended electronic and telemetric
monitoring and communication capability.
AirMaXX For those who demand the best
The ergonomically designed and optimally balanced AirMaXX backplate is
adjustable to fit all body sizes. This works in conjunction with the premium S-swing
shoulder pads and swivelling hip belt to distribute weight evenly while increasing
freedom of movement. Stress and fatigue are reduced as you perform your job
without restrictions. The alpha SingleLine pneumatic system integrates warning
signal, second connection and gauge in an easily accessible manifold at your
shoulder. The optional alpha Personal Network offers further electronic and
telemetric monitoring and communication capability.
eXXtreme When 100% is not enough
The eXXtreme preset utilizes special materials to reduce maintenance and
cost of ownership of critical components that would otherwise require frequent
replacement in such extreme applications. The harness is made from extra heavy
duty and non-flammable aramid fibres. The air line is protected from fire and heat by
insulating tunnels on the shoulder pads. With the rapid cylinder exchange coupling
alphaCLICK, the cylinder is simply snapped onto the pressure reducer. Trainers and
others who work in repeated high-heat and flame circumstances choose eXXtreme.

MAKO - Breathing Air Module Built to be installed up against a wall, the Breathing Air Module provides
unsurpassed value and peace of mind. Five hinged maintenance
inspection doors provide superior access to all components.
Features:
• Industrial duty 3 and 4 stage compressor blocks
• Auto-drain with muffler reservoir
• UL listed, NEMA 4 electrical enclosure
• Fully automatic control system
• Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Moisture Monitors available
• Breathing air purification is standard
Smart Fill auto cascade system
Maximizes storage air utilization while
maximizing time and safety.
Fully automatic, the Smart Fill Auto Cascade System is an easier
and more efficient way to cascade. It is simple to use and maintain,
so it requires minimal training and frees the operator to perform
other tasks while guaranteeing maximum air is pulled from the
storage cylinders.
Easily added to any unit, the system works with or without a
compressor and on both stationary and truck-mounted units. This
flexibility makes it an ideal fit for those who are ready to switch to
auto cascading or anyone planning to add a new compressor or
breathing air system.
Four inputs from
storage banks
• Automation saves time and maximizes air
• Small footprint and only weighs 26 lb.
• Pneumatic driven (no electric power)
• Modular—easily added to any unit

Mako Containment Fill Stations The Ultimate in Safety and Convenience
MAKO’s containment fill stations offer the ultimate in safety, convenience
and are NFPA 1901 compliant. An enclosed steel chamber offers
maximum protection in the event of a catastrophic cylinder failure. Our
loading heights are ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue.
SCFS2 & SCFS3 Standard Features
•Painted Steel Operations Panels with easy read silk screen overlay
•
Low loading heights for reduced operator strain
•Three bank cascade control with dual valves per bank
•
Auxiliary outlet
•NFPA compliant “Push Action” adjustable regulator with inlet and
outlet pressure gauges
•
Air storage bypass valve
•Certified to contain a rupture of an 80 cubic foot cylinder
pressurized to 5000 psi*
RevolveAir Charge Station The revolutionary RevolveAir charge station provides maximum
safety and performance, simultaneously charging (2) BAC’s within
the projective chamber while two BAC’s are being exchanged on the
outside of the chamber. The unit comes complete with rigid charge
adapters, safety interlocks, safety gauges, charge and bleed valves
and pressure regular for automatic BAC charging.
• Third party test and certified (NFPA 1901)
• Safety pressure gauges (storage-compressor and cylinder)
• Auxiliary outlet unregulated back, regulator front
• Dual Pressure, Cascade Panels, Smart Fill
• High/Low Pressure Regulator

TEST BENCH / SMOKE MACHINE
Test Bench
PosiCheck 3 Biosystems PosiChek3 computerized SCBA test bench has been
the industry standard for thousands of fire departments, refineries,
chemical plants and nuclear power stations, worldwide since it
was first introduced in 1988. Sperian incorporated a number of
upgrades to keep pace with increasingly rigorous testing criteria.
Firefighters and other first responders can only work as well as
the equipment they use. That is why NFPA 1852 mandates that
all compliant SCBA be tested on a calibrated breathing machine
before being put into service, and at least once per year thereafter.
PosiChek3 meets these stringent NFPA standards. PosiChek3
can fully evaluate the operational readiness of an SCBA in less
than 2 minutes, and consumes less than 1% of its air supply. The
new PosiChek3 has taken automation a step further, making
it even easier to use than before. All new PosiChek3 units are
equipped with an Enhanced Precision High Pressure Transducer
that provides more precise measurement of pressure within the
high-pressure manifold. Upgrades also available. In addition, a new
Sound Detection System (SDS) automates the primary audible
alarm test, eliminating human error. As always, PosiChek3 offers a
full range of test and data storage options, making record keeping
a breeze.
