FAIRKEY BOX SETUP
Quick Setup
1. Go to http://fca.fairkey.dk/ and log in to the FairKey Cloud with the credentials
previously received by email from [email protected]
2. Select “Profile -> Edit” to view and edit your company profile.
This is the information your visitors will receive about you when leaving the Trade Fair.
3. If you want to auto send an email to the visitor that scans their FairKey at your box:
Select “Setup -> E-mail” from the main menu. Press “Add new” button. Define the email
you would like to send with up to 4 attachments.
Press submit.
Attachments are max. 9 MB.
4. Use the “Test” button in lower right corner to send yourself a test email.

5. Plug in the FairKey box – wait 1 minute for it to establish system connection
6. Test the box using the tag received with the Box
7. When scanning a tag the box must return a short “Beep” and the red light must switch
to green for 2 seconds. This indicates a successful read.
How to use the FairKey Application with your customers
Ask your customers to hold and possibly slowly wave their card below the red light. When the
light becomes green for two seconds the scan is registered. There is also a short beep but this
can be difficult to hear through the background noise.
Adding notes through FairKey Cloud
When logged in it is possible to add/edit notes to the last 20 visitors that scanned their FairKey
at your FairKey devices
Customer data extraction
1. Go to http://fca.fairkey.dk/ and log in to the FairKey Cloud with the credentials
previously received by email from [email protected]
2. Choose “Statistics->business card”
3. Press the “Data extraction” button to receive the excel sheet with customer information.
The email is send to the email address defined in the profile.
