Thien Thao Nguyen Company has been in business for 12 years. It is a long way
of our non stopping efforts from all staffs and managers. We always try our
best to provide the customers with the most modern transportations. We listen
to the customers, perfect ourselves and try hard to provide the best and safest
services.
12 years of accompanying customers in all roads, Thien Thao Nguyen with
the brand Black Panther is becoming more and more popular in the north as
well as all around Vietnam. At first we only had a small number of transport, but now Black Panther Team are having nearly 300 vehicle of all
types from 4 to 45 seaters. Therefore, we can meet diverse customers’
demands for hiring vehicle in different purposes such as doing services,
picking up staffs or supporting domestic and international events
which are organised in Vietnam.
Thanks to our sustained effort and determination, Thien Thao Nguyen
Company was rewarded the title “Top Company in Vietnam in TransTổng Giám đốc - Nguyễn Thanh Tùng
porting Tourists by car 2014”. Not only our efforts are appreciated

GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Thien Thao Nguyen Limited Company was founded in 2002 and
has done business in transporting. After 12 years of development,
Thien Thao Nguyen is now having more than 300 modern cars
with 4 to 45 seaters. Moreover, we employ about 300 staffs
(salesmen, drivers, accountants...) who are trained carefully.
They always want to devote themselves to the sustainable
development of our company.

* General director Nguyen Thanh Tung guides the
company in all aspects. He makes decisions in investment
plans, business strategies, advertisement communication
and all the problems relating to customers’ concerns.
* Executive Director: take responsibility in leading the
company, guide and control the transport system directly.
He represents the general director when GD is away and
takes charge of leading business.
* Sales Director: take responsibility in planning and implementing business projects, collect and analyze market
data then give recommendations and suggestions, follow
company’s business strategy.
* Human Resource Director: make resource plan, take
charge of recruiting drivers and conductors. He compiles
a specific table indicating driving schedule. He makes
recruitment plans and supervises that process.
* Accounting Manager: be responsible for making plans
and make sure that the process of using money and materials follows the State’s law. Accounting Manager always
helps the General Director manage company’s financial
problems.
* Garage Director: execute garage working schedule,
assign work and lead the employees to work properly. He
also takes control of all the machines, materials, car park
and goods that belong to garage.

Rehabilitation and Nursing Centre to build a social
healthcare model named An Duong Duong.
with different parts such as Nursing Area, Swimming
Pool, Physio-therapy Area, Sauna Area, Rehabilitation
Room and a 8000 square meter lake.
An Duong Duong is located in Kim Lan Commune, Gia
Lam, about 12km away from Hanoi. Its area is about
2.5 hec. It is well designed in a quiet and airy space
An Duong Duong is going to be completed in 2020. And
it will become a popular nursing and healcare centre in
Hanoi which can receive more than 450 customers.
