in Birštonas is a new residential complex and treatment centre in pinewood
surroundings on the bank of river Nemunas that opened in 2013 and offers the
following: Natural therapeutic factors, such as mineral water Gintaras, Birutė and Rūta with different mineralisation and white and black mud from the wells of Medical
SPA Eglės Sanatorija are combined with modern technologies.
More than 50 treatments and services that make your stay pleasant. We invite
you to relax and enjoy mineral water whirlbaths and pearl baths, underwater
massage,
white
and
black
mud
applications,
kinesitherapy,
physiotherapy,
aromatherapy, audiovisualtherapy, massages and many other treatments. We also
offer a unique type of halotherapy based on modern technology that replicates the
Dead Sea climate.
More than 70 professionals, includingrehabilitation professionals, dieticians,
cardiologists,
pulmonologists,
dermatologists,
psychologists,
masseuses, kinesitherapists and ergotherapists, are ready to provide you with information
about your health, make the necessary examinations and prescribe treatments
exclusively for you, taking into account your health condition and preferences. 40 years of expertise transferred from Medical SPA Eglės SanatorijaDruskininkai
and modern medical equipment used by qualified professionals for examinations
and treatments are the key elements in Birštonas. You are invited to book
treatments and examinations with TheraCell and ultrasound devices, as well as a
spirometer, veloergometer, Redcord system, laser, and other devices.
Cosy rooms are equipped withall the necessary items, including a TV set,
refrigerator, mini safe box, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. There is a hairdryer,
towels and bathrobes in the bathroom. All rooms have balconies with views of
either river Nemunas or the forest. The Medical SPA has contemporary single or
double rooms and deluxe suites, while there are also rooms equipped to
accommodate clients with special needs. Medical SPA Eglės Sanatorija can
accommodate up to 450 people.
A buffet-style mealis provided three times a day in the canteen. Every day you
can choose from a wide and balanced menu, on which you will find conventional
and traditional Lithuanian and dietary dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, cold and
hot drinks, and desserts.
Everything under one roof. The complex is composed of two interconnected
blocks. The first block is a 4-storey building with a central reception area, café
,
spacious
canteen,
kinesitherapy,
fitness,
halotherapy,
aromatherapy
and
audiovisual-therapy facilities, rooms for treatments and doctors, a unique Amber
SPA, pump room, cinema, concert hall, conference facilities and living rooms. The
second 6-storey block comprises medical SPA reception desk, treatment rooms and
doctors ᤀ offices, a children playroom, convienience market and living rooms. You
are welcome to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking views of the surroundings at
the sun terrace on top of the building.
Variuos options for entertainment including fitness facilities, billiards, table
tennis, rental of Nordic walking sticks, chess, a sun terrace, Amber SPA procedures,
a mini-library, recreational events in the cinema and concert hall, discos, guided
tours around the resort, sightseeing in Lithuania, and SPA treatments for beauty
and relaxation.
For families with children we offer free-of-charge children playroom with a
nanny, toys and Xbox consoles that encourage movement, and an outdoor
playground. Baby chairs are available in the canteen and rooms can be equipped
with extra beds and cribs upon request.
