Sembler's Finest Keep Good Company
Help During
the StoRm
R
ecently areas of Atlanta sustained
severe damage after a tornado
stormed through downtown, Cabbagetown,
and eastern parts of the City.
The storm struck close to home for
several of Sembler’s Finest including
Property Manager Krissy Venneman and
her husband John, Project Manager Brad
Jacobs, and Leasing Representative Lindsay
Douglas, who each joined the effort to help
displaced families and repair damage.
Armed with gloves, trash bags, water and
chainsaws, they rolled up their sleeves and
headed out to help families in distress. The
first family they approached had sustained
damage to their roof from a large tree
branch. Krissy and her husband helped
remove the tree and the debris in their back
yard. Lindsay joined in, and along with the
family they just helped, they moved on to
the next home. One uninsured homeowner
received help tarping his entire home,
preventing further damage from the next
day’s storms.
Adding to their brawn, Brad was able to
locate a community service program to aid
a family whose home was destroyed in the
storms.
It was an incredible outpouring of support
from neighbors, fireman, Georgia Power
reps and other volunteers. It is a shining
example of how humanitarian efforts can
gain momentum and we are extremely
proud of our team!

T
he Sembler Company recently celebrated the career of
Epifano Fabregas during an informal gathering at his retirement
luncheon.
Since some municipalities within Puerto Rico are among the
most densely populated in the world— with nearly 1,000 people per
square mile—the underserved communities deserved a closer look.
In 1996 “Fano” joined Sembler and along with CEO Greg Sembler,
launched Sembler’s Caribbean development endeavors with the
opening of the Sembler office in Caguas.
Since those early days, Fano helped oversee several shopping
centers and build to suit projects and helped pave the way for more
projects currently in the pipeline. An industry veteran and island
native, Fano’s business acumen and regional knowledge were
instrumental in this expansion. He has been a popular member of
our team and mentor to many, and although we expect to tap into
his expertise from time to time, we are excited to cheer him on as he
begins to enjoy the leisure time he has earned.
