The Organizing Committee Ljubno 2016 would like to welcome all jumpers, trainers/ coaches,
as well as all media representatives and FIS delegates to the FIS World Cup Ski Jumping Ladies
events taking place on February 13 and 14, 2016. Eligible are only those athletes notified by
the National Ski Federations according to the Regulations for FIS- World Cup Ski Jumping
Ladies 2015/2016.

The entries have to be done by the FIS online system. The final entry by name at 5th February 2016.
PRIZE MONEY
The prize money is paid out according to the World Cup-Rules by bank transfer (please fill
The Prize Money Form for each athlete). The paid out prize money is subject to the athletes
participation in official FIS events.
ACCREDITATION
All jumpers, trainers/ coaches, as well as all FIS delegates of the FIS World Cup Ski Jumping will
receive their accreditations right after Team Captain’s Meeting in Logarska dolina.

The race office is at the ski jumping stadium.

The subrace office will be located beside reception in Hotel Plesnik Logarska dolina.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION
All the Teams that need transport from the official airports Jože Pučnik Ljubljana (SLO), Graz
(AUT) and Klagenfurt (AUT) must inform the O.C. in advance.
We will provide travel and accommodation according to the FIS WCJ rules. If you have any
questions regarding transportation or accommodation please contact our office:

EXPENSES
The reimbursement of the expenses will occur according to the FIS World Cup rules for Ski
Jumping 2015/2016 – for all Teams right after Team Captains’ meeting in Logarska Valley
on Friday, for Officials and Judges on their Bank Accounts (please fill Expenses Sheet Form
available on FIS site and Bank Transfer Form available in this Invitation).
RESPONSIBILITY
Own insurance and responsibility for all competitors is obligatory. The organizer takes no
coverage for accidents of competitors and third parties.
