Login
1. In your web browser, go to www.aircanadavacations.com/agents
2. Enter your 9-digit username followed by your password
3. Click «Login» to automatically go to the homepage

Check package availability
1. On the homepage, refer to the Book Online box on the left side of the screen
2. Select «package type» from the drop
down menu
3. Select departure and destination point:
«Leaving from» and «Going to»
4. Select «Departure Date»
5. Select «Duration»
6. Select «Number of passengers» and
number of rooms
7. Click «Search»
TIP: For better search results, ensure the «Flexible on Date» box is selected

Make a booking
TIP: Modify routing or select class
of service by clicking the «Modify
Flight» button
1. From the Search Results page, choose
desired package.
2. Then, from options indicated, select desired
room category
3. Click «Choose and Continue» button

be available for requested
departure and return dates. To
select a specific flight and class
of service:

Select preferred Departing
Flight and seat class (if
available) and click «Next»

Select preferred Returning
Flight and click «Choose
and Continue»

4. Carefully review, and agree to Hotel Conditions by selecting «Yes, I agree»
5. Select desired Travel Insurance
NOTE: Purchase of travel
insurance is strongly
recommended at time of
booking

or «Recalculate Price» if
insurance is selected

7. Carefully review booking and price information and click «Continue»
8. Enter Passenger Information and Delivery Information
TIP: To collect Aeroplan
Miles, Aeroplan
account number must
be added at time of
booking.

9. Carefully review and agree to Terms & Conditions, and enter Billing Information
10. Scroll down and enter any Special Requests at bottom of page
11. Click «Purchase now»
TIP: Pre-select seat at time of booking for only $15 each way.
Email: [email protected] after completing your booking.
TIP: Simply print booking information and keep booking number handy for your
records.

Retrieve a booking
1. Point to the «Information & Services» tab and click «View Bookings»
2. Search by Booking Number, Passenger name, or destination
TIP: Click «Booking finder»
to return to this form or
select «Go to my active
bookings» to see all
bookings
3. Use tabs to navigate through Pricing, Passenger List and Itinerary

Add payment
1. While viewing a booking, from any tab, click «Add payment»
2. Fill out payment information and click «Complete payment»
