specialising in bridles to fit horses of all shapes
and sizes. In addition to bridles, our saddlery range
includes Swarovski browbands, headcollars, martingales,

We have a selection of handcrafted English belts made
from the finest English leather from Baker’s the only
surviving Oak Bark tannery in the country. They are
made in our workshop by qualified saddlers, who are
highly skilled and the finished product is exceptional.
Dog collars are a new and exciting addition to our range.

better. You can choose to have
any of the bridles on our site
customised for your horse.
Prices and information on
sizing are on our website. You
can either give us detailed
measurements, or just tell us
which parts of the bridle you
want to have altered.

The nosebands are soft and
padded and there is the choice
of a fixed flash, detachable

ost horses go well in a traditional plain
headpiece. The Comfort padded headpiece is
a popular choice to minimise pressure on the poll.
The Cut Back Comfort headpiece positions the bridle
behind the ears.

hook fastenings, stainless steel buckles,
brass buckles, or brass clips.
They are available in 3/4", 5/8" or 1/2" width.

hen converting a bridle to a double bridle, it is important to
ensure that the loops of the browband are wide enough to
accommodate the sliphead. Any EB bridle can be converted to a double
bridle, by adding an EB sliphead and an EB browband with a 11/8" loop.
The sliphead should buckle on the offside to balance the number of
buckles on each side of the bridle. The two pairs of reins are often
different, in that one pair is usually wider and is
designed to be better to grip.

Vilamoura Tour when she had an
accident that put her out of action
for a while. She found time to come
up with a new design for English
Bridles, a bridle with a clincher
noseband and browband, which has
been matched up with a clincher
breastplate.

of reins. Contest inside grip reins
and plain reins are 5/8" or 1/2". Rubber
reins, supergrip reins, suregrip reins,
continental web reins and laced reins are

has maximum
adjustment so that it
will fit over a bridle at a
show or competition. It
has a detachable padded
headpiece that can be
undone on either side of
the head. There is a solid
brass clip on the rolled
throatlash making it easy
to slip on and off.
The padded noseband is
adjustable and has a
strong solid brass tie up
clip. The most frequently
commented on feature
of the EB headcollar is
the soft supple
leather. The EB

B girths have elastic at both ends – just one
elastic can cause a twist in the saddle.
Stainless steel buckles, high quality
stitching and a durable supple
leather are features of all
of our girths.
B breastplates are carefully sized and
have either stainless steel or solid
brass fastenings. The EB SJ breastplate has
a detachable elastic strap – spare elastic
straps are available in a range of colours.

he EB Stud Guard is elasticated at both ends and
has a ring and a hook stud strap for attaching
the breastplate or the martingale.
