NEAL JEFFREY, former
All-American quarterback
at Baylor University and
NFL quarterback for the
San Diego Chargers, is a
much-loved minister and

nationwide. A stutterer since childhood, Neal
learned early-on the meaning of “overcoming”

As the quarterback who led Baylor to their
first Southwest Conference Championship in
