A bed that is too firm will elevate the hips and
shoulders, causing the spine to sag in the lower
back region. Similarly, a bed that is too soft will
cause the spine to sag at the hips, resulting in both

The testing process of a Chiropractic Mattress?
STEP 1
Mattress is “Performance Tested” by Sleepmaker Product
Development Team.
STEP 2
Mattress is shipped to the Chiropractors’ Association of
Australia, where beds are then sleep tested for up to several
months by a number of “Sleep Testers” appointed by Joe
Ierano-Chairman of the CAA Product Evaluation Committee
STEP 3
Based on feedback and changes from the CAA “Sleep
Testers,” mattress is approved for final design and becomes
part of the Sleepmaker Chiropractic Collection.

with firm edge support, that extends the sleep surface and prevents

All foams are treated with Ultra-Fresh, this provides antimicrobial
protection which inhibits the growth of common bacteria
and dustmites.
Corner Guards
The use of corner guards and castors help protect
the mattress and base from wear and tear.
Stretch Knit Fabric
The premium stretch knit fabric cover adjusts with body movement
and has a soft feel against your body.
FOUNDATION
PowerFirm Base & Platform Base
Both the PowerFirm and Platform bases are used for the Sleepmaker
Chiropractic Collection. These bases work in unison with the mattress
and provide ultimate support and less motion transfer with in the bed.
Visco-Elastic Foam
Latex
Visco-Elastic foam has been developed to have
a slower recovery time and a lower temperature
at which the foam hardens.
This means that Visco-Elastic is more effective in
reducing pressure points, and its comfort level,
feel and support remain constant over a wide
temperature range.

naturally adjusts to the contours of the body,

Gel material is made from many hollow columns
of soft, very strong rubbery gel that is derived
