Welcome to Wild Waterworks
Wild Waterworks now has four tube slides. Try Wild Waterworks’ Night
Rider, Blue Demon and the Vertigo and Sidewinder tube slides. Go
solo or with a friend as you slide 5.5-storeys down to the Eazy River.
Move on and surf the waves in one of Canada’s largest outdoor wave
pools. Over a million gallons of heated water splash down every
minute. The fun continues with the heart-pounding twists of the
Kamikaze and Corkscrew – the park’s six-storey body slides. Toddlers
will love Little Squirt Works, a fun wading pool with computer-controlled sprays, mists and fountains. Catch all the fun Wild Waterworks
has to offer from the first weekend in June to Labour Day. Group
picnic areas and pavilions are also available inside Wild Waterworks.

School Outings (Elementary & Secondary)
Learn the important basics of water safety at Wild Waterworks. The Water
Smart Program is available for school groups from Junior Kindergarten to
Grade 8. Top off the day with lunch and free time to slide, splash and swim.
The Sports Day Program lets secondary students celebrate the end of the
school year with exclusive use of Wild Waterworks. Sprawling fields on the
200-acre site are ideal for soccer, softball, flag football and mini-Olympics.
Some equipment can be provided. Lunch and tubes are extra. Bus parking
is available.

Simply spread out a picnic blanket
under a shady tree, or take a scenic
stroll, bike ride or skate along the
4.3-kilometre Hamilton Beach Trail.
This promenade connects to the
Waterfront Trail that runs another 4.2
kms west to the Burlington ship canal.
Picturesque views of the shoreline
and plenty of park space make this a
perfect spot for any outing.
No other place in Hamilton lets you test your batting, rock climbing and minigolf skills like we do. Test your concentration on the professional 18-hole
mini-golf course, built over two acres of rapids, waterfalls, shipwrecks and a
train trestle. For more challenges, step into the batting cages and test your
slo-pitch and hardball skills. It’s safe for all ages and a great way to get that
extra practice. Bump and spin 360 degrees on our Krazy Kars, or race to the
top of our Rocky Mountain. There’s more fun in the Arcade where you can
play the latest video games and win great prizes, play outdoor laser tag, try
the new bungee trampoline or mine for gemstones at Big Al’s Mining Camp.
Big Al’s Cookhouse also provides an extensive menu of top quality food and

Lakeland Centre
Lakeland Centre, located on the
shores of Lake Ontario, is built on
the site of the historic Lakeland
Pool. The centre features a
banquet hall with facilities for up
to 130 guests, a 60-foot lighthouse-style viewing tower and
food concession with healthy
menu choices, such as salads,
sandwiches and hot and cool
drinks. The concession is open
year round and offers a pleasant
outdoor patio and indoor dining
area. Lakeland's swimming pool
and splash pad area makes it a
great spot to spend a summer
afternoon with the kids, relaxing in
the sun, playing volleyball or

◆ Proper swimwear will be required for all water attractions. No goggles,
sunglasses, eyeglasses, life jackets or t-shirts allowed on slides.
◆ For the little ones, only government-approved life jackets or P.F.D.s may
be worn in the pool, and river. Water wings are permitted in Little
Squirt Works. If your child is not toilet-trained, they must wear either
swim diapers or plastic pants over a diaper in water attractions.
◆ Masks, fins, snorkels or other water toys are not permitted in the wave
pool.
◆ You are allowed to bring in a picnic cooler or bag. However, glass,
barbeques and alcohol are not permitted. Wild Waterworks reserves the
Confederation Park is wheelchair accessible. Some assistance may be required.
