RENT MOBIL-HOME / COTTAGE
*BOOKING / PAYMENT: A booking contract will be sent to you on request and according to availability (05.62.90.35.47 9AM-7PM—Monday to Saturday)
A booking would be considered to be made when you have signed the contract and paid 25% of the total price of the rented accommodation (this will be deduced from your invoice).
No discount or repayment will be given for an early departure or a late arrival even we have been informed.
The campsite reserve the right to refuse the access of the rented accommodation to families with a number of persons exceeding the rented accommodation capacity.
*NOTE : In the event that you wish to delay your arrival, please let us know in writing. Otherwise your rented accommodation will be allocated to another customer from 12 noon the next
day.
*ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE : The mobile home will be available for entry on the day of your arrival from 5PM until 8PM at the latest.
*The balance of your stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival.
The day of your departure, you have to vacate your mobile home between 8AM and 12 noon.
*An incoming and outgoing inventory of equipment will be made.
All equipments damaged will be charged on your departure.
If you would like the cleaning to be done by our cleaner, you have to inform us 24hr before your departure : 55€ for a 2 bedroom mobile home or 65€ for a 3 bebroom mobile
home will be charged.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT : To avoid waiting time, we advise you to have the means to pay the deposit to hand.
A security deposit of 300€ by credit card will be request on your arrival. It will be cancelled after satisfactory outgoing inventory of equipment and cleaning check have been made.
*CANCELATION : All cancellations have to made in writing (phone messages are not accepted).
*BOOKING FEES : 30€ fee must be paid when you reserve. Booking fees are not deducted from the net price of the rental.

CAMPING PITCH
*BOOKING : Complete the booking contract overleaf and return it together with 100€ to pay the deposit and booking fees. After
that, a confirmation will be sent to you by post or by email.
*ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE : Your pitch will be available for entry on the day of your arrival from 12 noon until 8PM at the latest.
On the day of your departure, you have to leave your pitch before 12 noon. Beyond 12 noon one extra day will be charged.
*The payment for your stay has to be completed the day before your departure before 8PM
*NOTE: In the event that you wish to delay your arrival, please let us know in writing. Otherwise, your pitch will be allocated to
another customer the following day from 12 noon.
*CANCELLATIONS : The deposit and booking fees are not refunded in case of customer.
In case of cancellation by the campsite, you will be refunded twice the amount of the deposit.
