The Christmas Village Committee is preparing for the
weekend of December 13th and 14th. All decorations
should be installed and lit by December 1st. We are
working hard with a small budget to prepare these
activities and we hope you will like it!

House Decorating Contest

Decorate your house by December 6
The jury will visit the village December 11th and 12th, between 18 h and 21 h
Announcement of the winner on December 13th 17h at Tyler Park
The prize is provided by Ripplecove Inn: 50 $ gift certificate
Write to Santa Claus and mail your letter
In the North Pole Giant Mail Box
Centre of town near the Library – December 1st to 15th
• Letters will be forwarded to Canada Post daily
* Don’t forget to put a return address
Saturday, December 13th

• Christmas Market on Main Street
* Receive your passport with a map at the Bandstand (beside the library)
• Horse drawn sleigh rides
• Search for elves’ tricks everywhere throughout the village
• Paint by number at Tyler Park
• Photo panel “Naughty elves” at Tyler Park
• Children coloring contest designs on display at the main building of the
fairgrounds, 977 Main St.
15h – 17h
• Visit of SANTA CLAUS at Tyler Park
* Receive a chance to win the giant Christmas Stocking provided by Marché Tradition

Drawing of prizes and unveiling of the winners: Bandstand (beside the library)
• Unveiling of the 3 winners chosen at random for the Coloring Contest. Prize provided by Le
monde de TIKITO from Magog: double pass for children
• Draw at random for the giant Christmas Stocking provided by Marché Tradition Guy Patry
• Unveiling of the winner of the House Decoration Contest 2014, prize provided by Ripplecove
Inn: 50 $ gift certificate

• Caroling – meet at bandstand to “sing Christmas Carols”
