A child….Your child’s safety is very important to us. If your children must accompany you to your appointment,
they must remain under your supervision the whole time without distracting other customers. If they begin to cry or
misbehave we ask that you remove them from the salon until they are calmed down. Thank you for your understanding.
Spa Appointment Punctuality….Our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each spa service. We ask that
you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to fill out paperwork, change into a
robe and relax in the sauna or spa lounge. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations….When a cancellation is necessary, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Wedding parties and Spa
Parties do require a 14 day cancellation notice via email. A Credit card will be required to hold all packages for Bridal/
Spa parties and services that total over $100. We do reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full amount of
the services booked for repeated last minute cancellations or No Shows for any appointment.
Pricing….All services are offered a-la-carte unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice. A
20% gratuity will be added to all Bridal/Spa Parties. Discounts are not valid when purchasing retail products, custom
packages, gift packages, Bridal & Spa Parties, specials, regular gift cards or on line gift cards.
Gift Cards….Gift cards contain value which may only be used to purchase goods and services at Bella Viaggio.
Each time the card is used, the value of the purchase will be deducted. The card cannot be used to obtain cash and the
unused value cannot be redeemed for cash. Bella Viaggio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any
unauthorized card use. The card is not replaceable. Gratuity is not included with any service paid for with card and card
cannot be redeemed for gratuity. Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.
Online “Instant” Gift Certificates....Please visit our website to purchase and review policies.
Product Returns and Service dissatisfaction....If you are not satisfied with your retail product purchase, we encourage
you to return them within 7 days for a merchandise credit. No cash/credit refunds. If by any reason you are not
satisfied with your service for any reason please contact the salon within 7 days and we do everything in our power to
fix what you are unsatisfied with at no charge.
Any check accepted will require a Credit Card number placed on file. In the event that your check is returned for NonSufficient Funds your Credit Card will be charged the full amount of the check plus an additional $25.00.
