Easy Access Directions
1. Go to http://beep.browardschools.com
2. For online textbooks, enter username and password
Username and password is the same as it is for the student’s Virtual Counselor
account
Username = student’s 10 digit student ID number
Default Password = student’s birthdates (ex. 02/12/2009)
Click Submit
3. Online Textbooks page opens.
4. Doorway #1: FCAT Explorer
5. Click FCAT Explorer website address: http://www.fcatexplorer.com
6. Enter username and password (must be provided by school teacher)
7. FCAT Explorer opens
8. Doorway #2: Research and Homework Help
9. Programs to choose from.
10. Doorway #3: Information Literacy Skills
11. Doorway #5: Virtual Counselor
12. Click Virtual Counselor link to begin the sign-in process
13. Sign-in screen appears
Username and password is same as it is for the online textbooks (step 2)
Username = student’s 10 digit student ID number
Default Password = student’s birth date (ex. 02/12/2009)
Click Submit
