How to customize your TWC WiFi Hotspot experience
• You will receive an email after your Hotspot is installed with your username
and temporary password for access to the TWC WiFi Management Portal
(www.admin.twcwifi.com).
• Sign in to this portal to set up the daily free access time you want all your
customers to enjoy
• Promote your business by adding your logo, welcome message and directing
customers to your website
Remember, access to your Hotspot is always free for TWC Internet subscribers, but
by setting up the daily free access time, ALL of your customers can enjoy WiFi.

• Your business will be displayed on the
TWC and partner WiFi coverage maps
and apps approximately two weeks
after activating your hotspot
