Dear Parent or Guardian,
On May 15th, the Putnam Valley School District Budget vote will be taking place in the Elementary
School Cafeteria. The dining area of the cafeteria will be closed and students will be provided with
lunch in the classroom. We will be offering a Pizza Party which will include a complete lunch
consisting of a pizza slice, baby carrots, milk, and fruit or 100% fruit juice. No double portions or
alternate lunches will be available.
Attached you will find an order form which you can fill out and submit complete with payment in
an envelope by Friday, May 11th. NO last minute orders will be accepted. If you did not preorder lunch, please send in lunch with your child. Bagel Lunches with be given to those students
who did not pre-order. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Save the Date: Friday, May 18th 2012 6:30 – 9:00 pm This year’s Fun Fair Raffles are divided into 4 Categories! *The first raffles of the night will be The GRADE-‐LEVEL GIFT BASKETS made up of all the student donations! *The second category will be GIFT CERTIFICATES from more than 30 local businesses and restaurants! *The third raffle is a NEW BICYCLE AND HELMET generously donated once again by Danny’s Cycles! *The fourth and final raffle of the night is ONE FREE WEEK of DAY CAMP (subject to availability) generously donated by Camp Combe in Putnam Valley! We truly look forward to a fun and exciting event for all the PVES families and we hope to see you there! Aloha! Attached please find raffle tickets for each category.
