This year, the 2014 Biggest Loser Challenge has two different ways you can participate on a
team to compete for prizes. Select one of the team options below:
TEAM OPTION #1
Team "Weight Loss Challenge"
Participating in this track allows you to enjoy
encouragement, motivation and accountability
other team members offer on your
collective weight loss journey. Teams must
consist of at least 2 and no more than 6 people.
Teams will take part in a beginning,
middle and end point weigh in facilitated by
the designated team captain. Team names
and pounds lost will never be shared. Final team
based prizes will be based on the team with the
greatest percent weight loss.
ONCE YOU HAVE ESTABLISHED YOUR TEAM
MEMBERS, YOUR TEAM CAPTAIN WILL NEED TO
ALSO COMPLETE THE TEAM REGISTRATION FORM.

TEAM OPTION #2
Team "Survival of the Fittest Challenge"
Participating in this track is for those who want to focus on
pushing their bodies to their physical limits through fitness,
instead of weight loss. You won't be competing to lose
weight, instead your team will be scored on your average
team results to various fitness test throughout the
challenge. Teams must consist of at least 2 and no more
than 6 people. Your team captain will submit your team's
fitness scores at a beginning, middle and end points. The
Final "Survival of the Fittest" Team Prize will be awarded at
the end of the challenge to the team with the highest
average scores in the challenge fitness tests.
ONCE YOU HAVE ESTABLISHED YOUR TEAM MEMBERS, YOUR
TEAM CAPTAIN WILL NEED TO ALSO COMPLETE THE TEAM
REGISTRATION FORM.

All participants registering in one of the Team Options above will be automatically registered
to participate as an individual in the weekly challenges. However, if you desire to only register
in the Individual Weekly Challenges, select the individual Participation option below.
Individual Participation in Weekly Challenges
ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO WIN RAFFLE PRIZES SIMPLY BY:
1.) Reading the educational material found in the Participant Guide for each week, 2.) Completing the
weekly Challenge, & 3.) Turning in the Weekly Challenge log sheets by the due date specified.
Raffle Drawings will be held during the week of April 14th (mid-point) and again during the week of May 26th (end-point).
The more log sheets you turn in, the more raffle tickets you will accumulate for the Challenge raffle drawings.
*Eligibility for the raffle drawings is not based on weight loss or scores to fitness tests.
