With the release of Version 17, we have improved the Payroll module with more pay rates for late night trading.
Although this module is an optional add on it is fully integrated with the creditors module. We have a 30 day trial of the
payroll built into Version 17 so you can try before you buy. Version17 is faster on the screen refresh thanks to the new
back ground loading.
Invoicing has a new Job Card Schedule Manager. Bizz Wizz still embraces the latest dot-net technologies and many
new features like the enhanced Memo Mail staff Messaging over a local network no matter which of the 5 companies
you are working in.

Job Schedule Module
The Job Schedule Manger is incorporated in the Invoicing Program and has been designed to keep track of Job Cards and
or Quotes. Jobs can be tagged as [Pending], [Waiting on Parts], [...] or [Ready] to be done.
Jobs can be classed as to the type of job and are colour coded in the list as to their status. You can even select the service
person/ tradesman to do the job and if need be, the job can be sent to their mobile laptop when it syncs.
Memo Mail

Laptop or Tablet
Get rid of all those little bits of paper in the
office with memo-mail in Bizz Wizz. You
do not have to be on the web as memomail is only on the internal office network.
Each computer on the network is given a
user and the memo-mail is sent to that
user. The Tool Bar or the Main Menu
must be running to get your mail this is
why the tool bar has been made more
slim line. When a message is received it
can be forwarded or even emailed.
Mobile Invoicing is used to do Invoicing or Quoting
on the road away from the office, This can be done
even if the office computer is being used while your
away.
Mobile Invoicing is designed to be used on a
laptop, mini notebook or Tablet running Windows.
The program has been adjusted to work on the
small screen resolutions of the cheaper mini
notebooks. We have included most of the features
in the full invoicing program including the new job
schedule. Just sync back to the main program
when you are back in the office and both systems
will be updated.
