DESCRIPTION: This recall involves the GE Profile
dishwashers manufactured between July 2003 and
December 2005 and GE Monogram dishwashers
manufactured between January 2004 and December
2006. They were sold in white, black, bisque,
stainless steel and with custom panels. The recalled
model and serial numbers are located on the inside
on the front left side of the dishwasher tubs.

Water condensation can drip onto
the electronic control board,
causing a short circuit and
resulting in an overheated
connector. This poses a fire
hazard to consumers.
INCIDENTS/INJURIES
GE has received five reports of
fires, four of which caused minor
damage to the kitchen
countertops where the
dishwashers were installed and
one caused minor damage to
adjacent cabinets and smoke
damage to the home. No injuries
have been reported.

ranges can be found inside the oven door on the left
side of the unit or on the underside surface on
cooktop models.

emergency control for the motor
has been used,
- use of the handle has caused the
swivel connector to jam,
- the jammed swivel connector
has caused the hood of the
electronic chassis inside the
motor to open,
- the opening of the chassis hood
has led to the chassis support
breaking due to the strain
increment,
- the connection wires of the
electrical power cable have been
pulled out following the rotation,
- one of the two power cables is
disconnected and the other has
just touched a metallic part of the
motor (crankcase),
- the earthing cable is completely
disconnected.

DESCRIPTION: The recalled projector flashlights are
about 6 1/2 inches in length and have the Wolverine,
Spider-Man and Iron Man characters and names
printed on them. The flashlights come with five extra
mini discs that attach to the flashlight to project
various images. The back of the packaging contains
the number 16879-20012-003-1003 and UPC 6
39277 16879 5.
The flashlights can cause the
batteries and/or bulb to overheat,
posing fire and burn hazards to
consumers.
INCIDENTS/INJURIES
The firm has received three
reports of incidents involving
batteries overheating in the
recalled flashlights. Reported
incidents include a flashlight that
melted and a flashlight battery
that caught fire. No injuries have
been reported.

and neck can become entrapped
by the tray. Infants who become
entrapped at the neck are at risk
of strangulation.

CPSC and Graco have received
four reports of infant
strangulations that occurred in
these strollers between 2003 and
