If you’ve seen Transformers’ director Michael Bay’s recent
blockbuster film, Pain & Gain, starring Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne
Johnson (aka The Rock) and Ed Harris, you surely couldn’t miss
this house! Not only because it’s Harris’ home throughout the
movie, but because of its standout architectural and interior design
features. Gutted and completely renovated from head to toe, the
once-uninhabitable home was transformed into a 1950s beauty
in just 90 days — thanks to a little MV Group magic. “We finished
the home just for the movie, and then sold it immediately after
filming wrapped,” says Manny Varas, MV Group president and
owner. Capitalizing on the existing architecture and sweeping bay
views, MV Group redesigned the entire home’s exterior and interior
architectural details, including the flooring, windows, walls, pool
area and grid driveway — even converting the garage into a stateof-the-art recording studio. Like MV Group, this Miami masterpiece
has made its mark on the Miami design scene. With its swank

Who can take a completely blank canvas and create
a custom work of art in 45 days? That’s precisely
what MV Group accomplished for iStar Residential,
the developers of Miami’s premier Paramount
Bay. Working with a clean slate, MV Group
directed the construction and architectural
design for two units, transforming them into
luxury model masterpieces in just under two
months. One look at the models, and buyers
were sold. Since that time, MV Group has
completed more than 20 residences at
Paramount Bay, resulting in $20 million in
real estate for interior build-outs. What’s
next for MV at Paramount? They’re
currently working on eight condominium
residences totaling 15,000 square
feet. But for MV Group, it’s not about

Soaring 51 stories into the Miami skyline, the prestigious
Santa Maria sits on prime waterfront property right on

Dymax International recently hired MV Group to
put their dynamic vision and ultra-luxury aesthetic to
work in the design of their 8th floor headquarters
in the Infinity at Brickell Miami tower. Overseeing every
facet of the nearly 3,000-square-foot design, MV Group
installed custom millwork, ceilings and flooring, down
to the very last detail. “This is a world-class firm
