SF new construction building in the design district. The ground level boats
2700 sq. ft. of retail space with Mediterranean style archways and 2 floors
totaling 6000 sq. ft. of office space available. This building is set to break
ground in the fall and will be ready for occupancy in Summer 2015.

MV Group has been commissioned to combine and build two units totaling over 5,000 SF at
the prestigious St. Regis Bal Harbour. MV was selected to undertake this multi-million dollar
project which comprises of a complete interior build-out, including Italian slab flooring
throughout the unit, custom millwork, Architectural ceilings and softfits, along with a state
of the art automation systems.
